Thread: Information vs. Meaning

For those of you that were arguing about the distinction between information and meaning, there's a good introduction over at the Good Math Bad Math blog. (I'm not particularly interested in reigniting the discussion though. I just thought it'd be worth providing a link.)

That sounds as if the discussion was between group A, who knew what the distinction was, and Group B, who thought they knew what the distinction was.

It's nice to know things haven't changed in my absence.

I think most of group B actually thought there was no distinction.
