    as you can see as it leans the weights hanging in cables wraps and unwraps in the double cones

    but leaning means actually rising more one weight than lowering the other, a cog raise

    so it just shouldnt lean since it would imply raising the cog

    do you think it can work?

    Not the way you have it drawn, where is the pivot point for the cones?
    Not to mention the horrendous friction losses.
