The twin paradox shows that time is relative. One of the twins travelling in the spaceship looks younger than the one in the earth. Then is it shows that the physical processes or biochemistry of human body is also relative? If no then how one of the twins looks younger?

No it just shows that time is relative. The person on earth feels a longer time go past then the one on the spaceship, so they are older.

Like Stuart said, one doesn't just look younger; they are younger.

It sounds like time is just in our head?

If I live in space, or just erase my memory about my consciousness on how long I have lived (or any other memory associated with that), shouldn't we then be able to trick the body so that we can live longer?

    wow

No, unless you mean relative to something else. To you it feels as if the same amount of time has elapsed.

Actually, the twin paradox does not imply that one twin "is" older than the other, but rather , when one twin sees sees the other travelling at a v. high velocity, the twin will "feel" that time is going slower for the other.

In relativity, we always "compare" between two non-inertial frames and there is no absolute assertion.

When the two reunite, they will be different ages.
