    I'm convinced that a dwarf star has a strong gravity because the distance proton-proton of its atoms is more little...
    If it's true then electrons and nucleus are more near and all the density becomes more high...
    Probably man is not able to change these energy levels but a proof can be to find materials formed of these kinds of atoms on the planets(I'm really curious to know the real composition of Pluto, Ceres and other little planets...)...

    What is wrong?..

    Also electrons velocity depends... on protons... velocity ... so it's all to calculate...

    If the size of the nuclei would be smaller than usual then the electron orbitals around these nuclei should be different. This would have an effect on the spectral features of atoms. Since we measure the same wavelengths in the light of stars as we do in the labs, I do not see, how your idea should work out.

    I don't think most people appreciate how inter-related everything is. You couldn't just change the size of a nucleus, for example, without also changing a bajillion other things that would be very noticeable. One of the nice things about science is that everything fits together, so you usually have many ways to check things.
