I watched that first video. Very cool. What are you in contact with. Are you standing on the ground in boots or shoes or sneakers? When you touch the spark?

I get zapped from my laser power supplies and I can barely feel it. Other times though when on wet ground I have gotten some strange effects and results. Even when only touching the dielectric fiberglass insulators.

    Is that high frequency?

Is that tube like an EIMAC tube?

What do you think of that new electric car called the Tesla? Do you think they are doing it in the true spirit of Tesla? Or is it just another car with a half ton of batteries in it?

Sorry for all the questions. Ha-ha.

    Sincerely,

    William McCormick

Judging by the arc length, the output is about 150 - 200KV. I'm standing on concrete in my Chuck Taylors. Even though they are awesome pieces of footware, I doubt they can hold off that kind of voltage.

It oscillates at 400Kh, which is why there is no sensation. Its vibrating faster than the frequency nerves can respond to. I have gotten burned when I held a fluorescent too close and the socket end was arcing repeatedly to the same spot on my finger for a few seconds. I didn't even realize it until the pain from the burn shot through my finger.

I'm not sure what an EIMAC tube is. It's a transmitter triode. It was used in radio transmitters back in the 50's. It used to be popular with the ham radio guys until recently (relatively) when most of them switched to 811's and such.

It's interesting. I don't know if it is in the true spirit of Tesla, but it does draw attention and raise awareness of him. I think that is a good thing. These plug in electric cars don't do much in the way of reducing pollution unless your electric utility uses wind or solar. Mine uses coal, so it wouldn't "reduce my carbon footprint", so to speak. I don't think they are marketing it as such anyway. I do like the reduction of noise pollution and breaking away from the strangle hold of big oil. If it came in a more economical and family friendly package, I would buy one.

But Tesla made unlimited energy from nothing. When he realized that others that quickly caught on to his ideas, were holding it hostage through elaborate complex and even dangerous schemes. I believe he became distant.

I believe that he started to experiment with very dangerous stuff just to see if some other country or power, had something already that was causing this kind of paranoia or fear. I believe in the end he went mad because he could not take the reality of so few electricity lovers.

    And so many Dick Dastardly's.

I am sure you can create perpetual motion, I can. Most older electricians can, but as they and I know it is not welcomed with a hurray.

But the capacitor is a perpetual motion device.

When I was a kid, I sat, letting static electricity hit my finger until I damaged it. It would not stop.

You can create similar things with a capacitor.

    Sincerely,

Here's my take. JP Morgan blacklisted Tesla for double crossing him. Morgan was powerful enough to have him erased from the history books. The man was evil in so many ways, some of which still effect all of us today and will for years to come. He couldn't have free wireless electricity (the famous "were do you put the meter" response to Tesla's explanation of what he was really working on at Wardencliff) . He was already heavily invested in the copper mines. The banks he represented were all controlled by Big Oil. Tesla's work had to be stopped, forever.

As far as unlimited electricity from nothing, that rests as legend in my mind. It may be true, but it goes against everything I accept as physical reality. Yet I keep an open mind. The shit that has been coming out of the quantum field recently makes one rethink allot of things, like my previously accepted concept of reality for example. I have seen the Tom Bearden stuff and the other zero point energy guys lectures. Interesting, but where's the proof. I can accept things outside of my comfortable understandings, but I need to see proof.

As we wade through the waters of pseudoscience here, we must realize that to complete the argument we have to dive into the conspiracy pool. I won't go there. Thats the line I draw. I wish to keep those thoughts and feelings to myself.

I wouldn't mind hearing about your perpetual motion creation, though. It has got me curious.

I charge a capacitor with a set amount of power. Using a device I want to light or power, as the resistor. To extend both the charge and drain time for the capacitor.

No more power from my source can pass through my device, then the device will allow. I have this metered and tested. I can take and use an amount of electricity equal in volts and amps and of course watts. And having used that power to light my bulb, and not a drop more power then lighting my bulb.

I find that I have also magically, mystically filled the capacitor with the exact, voltage, amperage and wattage. To light it one more time.

It is so simple that it is overlooked. It is a watt doubler. There are some that do not want to go there. Even when they get it, they figure "oh if I missed that forget about it". But if I was not brought up with it every day, I would not have gotten it either.

You can relate keeping perpetual motion down. To selling poor products using salesmanship, gimmicks, lobbying and tricks of the business. Often these products kill. But we just accept it. The same is true of perpetual motion. These poor products also put higher quality companies out of business.

By keeping people poor and dependent you can get them when they are weak and needy to go for a cheap product. Because they need something in their lives.

The English parliamentary types are masters of this.

    Sincerely,

    William McCormick
