To put it succinctly "Everything is measurable". We believe in the computational ability of our decisions. We estimate, speculate, hypothesize or project an idea.
Is there a philosophy of mathematics which delves into the myriad theories and their proofs?

"Everything is measurable" is a statement that can easily be shown to be false.
