Can I get an expert recommendation on a good book to introduce me to Philosophy. A book that explains the structure, terminology, principals, etc. of it.

It's far from an expert recommendation but i liked An Introduction to Philosophical Analysis by John Hospers.
Not great for terminology, people in philosophy, or depth but good for basic concepts.
Use it in conjunction with http://plato.stanford.edu/ which will provide these plus more modern ideas.
That seems like a good book and that link is MOST useful. Thank you very much
