I "got my hands on to" this interesting poem, and
after discussing with the writer for a while I even
got a permission to "publish" it (This is a rough translation
so it might not "open itself" to you completely).

    This is... a Passage,
    long,
    dark.

    Water, water
    drops,
    drops,
    drops,

Everything is on motion, Passage is the motion.

    Why do we exists?

    loneliness -
    twilight of mind.

What is reality? / What is dream?

    a dream -
    will of a Man.

    Only the Man wants... things,
    things he really don't need.

    Why do we want?
    Why we exists?

    understanding -
    Passage of Mind.

    (Where are you?
    Do you want to be,
    am I also,
    there?)

A man is not about... understanding
still to understand, the Man is needed.

    Why don't we understand?
    Why?

    Mind is motion...
    Man is also motion,
    the Passage is the motion...
    But Man is in
    the Passage.

    Mind -
Everyone and everything has a mind.

    What is mind?

    Mind of a Man?
    Words?
    Only the Man names...
    the Man fears...

    Fear -
    safety of the mind?

    Man fears...
    to be alone)
    ...himself and the others...
    (are you lonely?)
    ...and things he doesn't understand.

Why do we have to fear?
Why to we have to be lonely?
    Man is allways lonely...

    What is mind?

    Mind of an animal?
    instincs?
    also an animal can dream...
    an animal can feel sorrow...

    Why do we dream?
    (dreams...
    wishes...
    what are dreams?)

    Why do we feel sorrow?

    Sorrow -
    Visage of ones soul?

Is soul and mind the same?
(what is the thing you can see?
what is the thing you can feel?)

    What is soul?
    (to want...
    to feel...
    your dream is your soul)

    soul is tears,
    (why we cry?
    does animals cry?)

    memories of past
    (what can you really remember?
    are your memories really true?
    what the memories really are?)

    and hope for something better...
    (what is hope?
    does anything really exist?
is everything just a creation of ones mind -
    a dream?)
    Mind is the Passage...
    the Passage is dream...
    is Man just a dream?
    NO...
    Man is soul
    and soul is eternal -
    (what is eternity?
    what is dream?)

but Man is on the Passage
    (why do we exist?
    why there is anything?)

the Passage is also our soul...

    the Passage -
    (runaway of the mind?
    the mind is lonely...
    ...allways)
    End of All...

    Why do we die?
    (What is your real purpose?)
Why everything have to come to the End?
(What is the thing you really are?)
    Everything ends...
    (Are you humane?)
    ...For the new Begin.
    (What makes you be humane?)

    Everything has to end once,
    that somethin new could born...
    (and everything has begin,
    so it could End again)

    Death is a Prelude?
(Can you die in your dreams?
    Can you dream?)

    Prelude for new Life...
    (Life is a wonder...
    ...don't waste it)

    Life and Death are equal...
    (Both are as important...
    without another, the other...
    ..couldn't be)
    Life is the Passage...
    (is Death also a Passage?)

    the Man dreams,
    animals dream,
    Everyone dreams
    dreams...

    So we are...
    (alive)
    existing.

We are in that Passage and the Passage is us...

    We born...
    (gratefull for the Life)
    ...we live...
    (our Life is a Miracle)
    ...and we die.
    (Death is not the End,
Death is the Begin of new)

    Passage of our Lives...
(dreams are the Passage to our Mind)
    ...Begins and Ends...
(are you there in the Passage?)
    ...and it Continues?
    (are you eternal?
    are you alive?)

In the End is nothing but a dream
    (open your eyes...)
    and a new dawn...
    (OPEN YOUR EYES...)
    ...finally my Soul can see.
    (What can you see?)

In the End is nothing but a Soul
    (open your mind...)
    and the Man...
    (this is You...)
...finally the Passage comes to its End...
    (what do you feel?)
    ...and Soul can be Free.

    but Water
    drops,
    drops,
    drops,
    Because the Passage is eternal...
(It has always been, an it will always be)
    ...even all the Human,
    Animals
    and everyother
    would wake...
The thing I wanted to ask is
what does his "poem" make you feel?

I myself always start to ponder my Life
    but how about you?

It's sort of existentialist... i don't know exactly why, but I liked it. Specially the drops.

It made me feel like some lonely traveler passing through life, without knowing that life passes trough me... actually it made me want to have a smoke.

Thats a interesting one, I think I must "observe"
the poem better (seem like you have noticed something
    I didn't )...

Yes it is latin, a collection of very amusing aphorisms
(again my translations are a bit rough).

Machina multa minax minitatur maxima muris:
Many terribly awesome machines are hammering the walls.

Carminis Iliaci libros consumpsit asellus. O Fatum Troiae! Aut ecus aut asinus!:
Books containing the poem of Ilinois, was munched by a donkey.
Oh, look the destruction of Troya! If it is not a horse, then a donkey.

    Vita regit Fortuna, non sapientia!:
Lady Fortuna controls our lives, not the knowledge...

To be correct, this listing misses the fourth one, that
has already gained a state of some personal motto.
(althoug, I didn't "invent" it as you might quess)

    Dapid, Pacea, Victorie:
Only the successor shall earn his rest.
Machina multa minax minitatur maxima muris

Carminis Iliaci libros consumpsit asellus. O Fatum Troiae! Aut ecus aut asinus!

    Vita regit Fortuna, non sapientia!

I like it. It makes me think of religion{oddly enoguh}. That religion being Buddhism. It also makes me think of Platos story about the cave. And also secret og mana
As Time and Space come bending back to shape this star-specked scene,
    The tranquil tears of tragic joy still spread their silver sheen;
    Along the Grand Canal still soar the fragile Towers of Truth;
Their fairy grace defends this place of Beauty, calm and couth.

    Bone-tired the race that raised the Towers, forgotten are their lores;
Long gone the gods who shed the tears that lap these crystal shores.
    Slow beats the time-worn heart of Mars beneath this icy sky;
The thin air whispers voicelessly that all who live must die - Robert A. Heinlein
