Some argue that ancient symbols have lead to our current thought development.

If that is the case, did we cage ourselves back then without knowing it?

Or, as the only other possibility, did some other visiting-this-planet-race cage us?

Don't lose focus here: "some argue that ancient symbols have lead to our current thought development". Stay focussed on that. If that statement is wrong, well, what's the alternative.......can we, are we, allowed to develop NEW AXIOMS for space and time, and hopefully philosophy, "thought"?

That's about as interesting it gets without becoming pseudoscience.

    mmmmmmm.

What is the difference between philosophy and psuedo-science, in this day and age?

Sure, years ago when science was still a cult if not magic, philosophy was philosophy, but today with science and all it's contraptions guiding our perception, what really "is" the difference between philosophy and pseudo science..........between philosophy and science fiction.......what is the philosophy of science, today, if not our being able to keep up with the very bolting horse of science that takes us into virtual "psuedo" worlds of "avatars", the very badges it seems we wear in this arena?

........I only say this to entertain your willingness to categorize what I presented in no time and as few words at all.

I am going to reply to myself, not for the first time......

I forward the case that the philosophy of science, today, in this world, is "psuedo science".

Science, today, makes the claim that the stars are in fact real.

No one has GONE to the stars........the stars are an illusion, for all we know, an "illusion".

It is fantasy, science fiction, to even think we can MAKE IT to the stars.

    Is not THAT science fiction?

Does anyone know how far the nearest star is away?

If you do, you would know that wherever you are in this solar system, the position of the stars relative to this solar system would be almost NEGLIGIBLE to your position ANYWHERE in this solar system.........."negligible".........you could go to Mars and see the same star-scape, because the distance between here and Mars is neglible between this solar system and another star system........

To travel to the stars, that PHILOSOPHY, that's fantasy, that's "psudeo", as far as your own life-time is concerned.

But, it amazes me, it really amazes me, that scientists of the "astro-physics" sect, they feel the need to explain the behavior of the stars relative to this planet, like they may as well read their horrorscope instead.

If anyone out there believes they can explain space-time by studying the stars, you are romatics still thiknking you are sailing in tall-ships charting a way to some new frontier..............

    THAT'S PSUEDO-SCIENCE, "astro-physics".

Why not examine our own ability to be aware, our own logic of human awareness, before developing space-time theories of how the light from what we believe is star systems is received by our own eyes.

Seriously, how can "anyone" take astro-physics seriously, and I am not just referring to the usefulness of a sexy female astrophysicist in the US NAVY (TOP GUN).

If you ever wright a book, It'd be a topseller, I tell you that. If it's not to short to say.

Given that pseudoscience is oftenly mysterious unexplained stuff while philosophy oftenly is how to treat, relate, accept or refute reality no matter how it looks...

Well I'll have to read your first post again excuse me.

It's definitely pseudoscience, but don't you worry about that.

I have written a book (is there an echo in here)

It's a download on the website link below.

It will never be a musical...........only maybe a "trumpet sound".

It's not "popular stuff", so I am offering it.........dare I say, "at no charge"..........your only problem is reading it and realizing it was free.

Yes, but i don't want to make the pdf update because I'm fed up with allways reading licence agreements. On the other hand if you had some other format perhaps, possibly?

Pdf is the sensible format for me to employ.

I am also not aware of any licence agreements in using pdfs.
