Just a thought I had so I wrote it down quickly:

"Our world can be a part of an infinite series of 3d worlds that are all interconnected via a pattern
similar to one that is an infinite number of 2d squares that make up a 3d cube/.

    Just like how a hypothetical 2D being can't imagine a 3D world, us 3D beings can't imagine a 4D world.

This theory hinders down a possibility of an infinite number of 'parallel' universes as seen in the game
Miegakure, because when the 3d being tries to traverse a 4d world, he finds that instead when he reaches
a consecutive 3d plane, its more like a continuation of the current world than a completely new world.
Where I'm going with this is that maybe our universe is like a flat square on a 3d cube. like we're just
a part of a sequence in a 4d plane, just like how a square is just a part of a sequence of a 3d cube."

Do you realize how silly "4D plane" sounds?
And video games are a poor source of useful physics knowledge.

We do exist in a "4D universe".

    Moved to personal Theories.

I just used the game as an example.

Just be clear, a "theory" in science is a mathematical model that explains some aspect of the natural world, makes testable predictions and those predictions have been repeatedly tested and found to be correct.

Your vague picture has none of those things.
