Atomic theory states that everything is made up of matter. This being said general space may be made of of matter. All matter has weight when effected by gravity. If space was made up of matter then it would have a weight like everything in the universe. I believe that space has a weight and its weight is lower than anything on the earth. If this was the case then the only reason that space does not enter the our atmosphere is because the weight of an atom of space would not be as effected by gravity as every other atom on earth.
    Please reply with thought.

However, depending on which theory you subscribe to, even the vacuum of empty space is made up of "quantum foam".

What reason do you have for supposing that space is "made of atoms"?
What evidence is there to support this?
    What sort of atoms?
What makes you think there's some sort of gravitational cut off or boundary between the edge of our atmosphere and space? (You do know that Earth pulls on the Moon, don't you? Since that's the case why doesn't the Earth also manage to pull on the (atoms of space"?)
Perhaps if you'd put some thought into your "theory"...

No, it says that all matter is made of atoms: Atomic theory - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Not everything is made of matter. Light is not made of atoms, for example.

I believe that space has a weight and its weight is lower than anything on the earth.
What evidence do you have that space is made of matter and has mass? What atoms do you think space is made of?

    Aether atoms?
    (pun intended)

I'm afraid this is completely meaningless. Firstly, we are dealing with space-time, not space; and then of course, gravity is a geometric property of said space-time, as described by the field equations of General Relativity. Space-time is neither made up of matter, nor does it have "weight".
