Acknowledging that descent rates (in the absence of air resistance) vary with the coordinate system they're occurring in, and specifying the descent rate for free falling objects near and above the earth - 32' per" per" (or sixteen feet per second, squared), is there a relationship between E=MC2 and descent rates, relative to whatever coordinate system? :?

Hope I'm asking this question properly - non mathematician here.

If there is such a relationship, are there larger portentions here?
