Where do you live? Also keep in mind that there's quite the difference between somebody that follows the hip hop culture and actually establishing themselves in gang activity. They do tend to correlate mutually though, which by no means shouldn't be ignored, it can encourage someone to be apart of a gang (especially gangster rap, that's highly influential).
