At first it was just my chest then it widens and goes to my neck and belly upto my upper hips, how to cure it, it looks dirty, they say its pimples!
How do get rid of it faster?

Go to a doctor and get acne medication if it's bothering you very much. |

Isit an allergic reaction? Have you changed wat kind of soap u've been using lately? U shud trace back the food u've taken lately and mayb hygience too.
If its too serious u shud see a dermatologist soon. |
