In the modern day world the wars are not crusade wars like of the old world. So since 1999, the media has been doing comparisons and calculations about how much hardware military of each country have. So its no doubt that the world war 2 was a modern day destructive war world changing in other words. And the military oppositions of that war still have a rank if they again meet head to head. Like germany, russia, england, america, italy, japan, other european countries and arab south east asian nations. So now as the military hardware of some developing nations have reached peak amassment like russia, usa, china and india. Then when if there is at a certain time world war 3 really occurs. There would then be boundaryless world countries. So will the warring between country with country specific would count in this war? Or would the countries with highest hardware have an upper hand?
Like what if in the event of aftermaths of a year or two at world war 3, some chinese tanks would be seen rolling in poland and while at other indian artillery tanks would be seen at scandinavian countries, bavaria, sweden etc. Then wouldn't the other war affected european countries termed as identityless with militaries civilians on the run? Then what could be said in future history of the outcome possibilities of world war 3, its causes and victors?

All wars, to some extent, are a "crusade".

So since 1999, the media has been doing comparisons and calculations about how much hardware military of each country have.
Huh? What makes you think 1999 was the start date for that sort of comparison?

So its no doubt that the world war 2 was a modern day destructive war world changing in other words.
You'll have to somewhat more specific on what you mean by "world changing". Again, to some extent, all wars were world-changing.

And the military oppositions of that war still have a rank if they again meet head to head. Like germany, russia, england, america, italy, japan, other european countries and arab south east asian nations.

Not sure what you mean by "peak amassment" but I doubt that Russia and China have achieved this (as I understand 1 yor meaning) since they're both pouring more money and equipment into their forces.

Then when if there is at a certain time world war 3 really occurs.
    What?

There would then be boundaryless world countries.
    ??

So will the warring between country with country specific would count in this war?
    ????? and ???

Or would the countries with highest hardware have an upper hand?
    It depends.

Right, because it's sooo likely that China and India will be able to achieve that kind of power projection.

Then what could be said in future history of the outcome possibilities of world war 3, its causes and victors?
Possible causes? Inane posts on the internet.

1 I use the word "understand" here in its loosest possible sense.

Can you possibly sum this up in just a few words, I'm having a problem trying to understand what you are asking about or trying to say. Thanks.

World War 3? That would essentially be a race to extinction, I see no reason for any country to attempt to start it.
