I watched a Rome War Machine special on the History Channel few days ago. It was pretty cool. Rome built these HUGE machines it kinda looked like a moving hotel actualy but only it was used to move on wheels and siege cities. I forget the name and the builder though.

I think I have read about those. The closest modern equivilent would probably be something like a tank. I would like, however, to see something similar to it in the near future. I think soldiers would love to sleep in a hotel at night and seige a city in the day.

Look up 'Roman Siege Engine', I think that's what you are talking about.

"Seige Tower". Built for sending infantry overwalls negating the need to build dirt ramps, destroy the gate, or make any other entrace. These make their own where they need to. A nifty weapon to speed up a seige.
