Hello there community of intellectuals. I have a simple question. What do the back wing modifications produce that is favorable for some of the UAVs?

This predator drone has two wings on top
it looks like they are 45 degrees and 135 degrees
then it has one wing below that

Where as this drone has all three wings on the bottom, I suppose thats more for cruising and surveillance.

That would make this model for sub or supersonic speeds?

V tail wings combine the functions of rudders and elevators which saves weight and some surface area both of which should improve range and speed.

Non of these UAVs are supersonic.
