You might have read about indo-pak wars. There is a movie made over it. Its funny coz, the movie 'border' is made for the tribute of pakistan valour in longewala battle. The pakistani men in khakis are infact indian soldiers and indian men in dark green are infact pakistani soldiers. In real war too like kargil war of 1996, many indian army men had desserted indian army and sought refuge over kargil hills. So after truce, many pakistani army men dressed as indian soldiers came to meet indian army.

Like Germany and Russia, too preoccupied with each other to conquer anything. Too much tension. But with a second Warsaw pact, they could spread. The book Shadow Puppets by Orson Scott Card (who also wrote Ender's Game) was about that in part... But why do you keep posting these things? You don't offer much to reply about. I'm confused. It's like you're posting because you're bored. What do you want me to say?...

I had seen in one of my visions that when indo-pak war had begun many indian armoured tanks manned by psychotic militarists were seen destroying many towns in shimla etc. So when the war does happen do the indian military serves in defending the country or destroying their own country?

I don't think they would destroy their own villages. Moral would soon dissolve within troops. No commanding authority would do that.

I don't think India has the same unified feeling of national citizenship that the USA has. It's an old country with lots of fragmented cultures inside its borders. We Americans usually see other Americans as "one of us", so it's hard to imagine a culture where other members of your own citizenry are "one of them".

I could see them destroying villages if they thought the enemy was going to rely on them as a source of food. It's like Caesar's conquest of the Gauls. Most of Vercingetorix's strategy against him consisted of burning the grain stores of his own peoples' villages before the Romans could get there, so they'd have nothing to feed their troops with.
