I'd like to know your opinion about biological warfare. Is it justified or not? I personally do not think it is justified at ALL, but if you think otherwise, please state why. I'm definitely willing to listen and read.

Please elaborate - why do you think it is not justified? What principles does one use to justify means of warfare?

What I mean is, is it justified to use something as devastating, something naturally occurring like disease as a weapon of war? Is it right to spread something that can even go the lengths of infecting innocent civilians? Is it right to use disease and bacteria as the means in order to rectify an issue that may or may not involve the whole world?

Saddam did and so can we Totally joking there. I think biological warfare is very useful for taking out large amounts of people and if u can drop a bomb that cancels out said bacteria? then ur in business.
