It has passed 4 years since I found much foaming on the surface of cooling water in our plant site. Until now I do not know the reason why foaming appears. Previously, there is no foaming on that media.

Does anyone know about this or having same problem in the past and successfully solved it? Please help me.

What's in the water? Usually warming water tends to bubble and foam because of the lower solubility of gasses.
