    today at home we cooked meat in pressure cooker, i was thinking on this. it functions on vapor pressure principle, does it lowers the BP of water? please explain to me and reply my question of
    can we say pressure cooker as temperature cooker?

    No, it raises the boiling point, so the temperature is higher and the food cooks faster.
    You can call it a temperature cooker if you want, but nobody else will know what you are talking about.
