Thread: help in Freon R406A

We have project to produce foam by using the freon R406A as blowing agent

I need your help in the following :

1-about pipes (from the tank to the machine) , what is the type and the material of the pipe , since the pressure is : 15 bar , and should I isolate the pipes ?

2- About the pump , and advice about suitable pump .............???

Stainless steel tubing will wirl fine. do you mean insulate instead of isolate.
Dupont corp has tons of info on freon at its website and a tech support line.refigeraton supply should be able to fix you up on a pump.
