If it doesn't move in the wind, wind will only affect it by cooling it down. Air humidity and clouds obviously affect the amount of sunlight that you catch.
I'm not sure what you meant by the thread title. If you have 10 solar arrays, they will only generate 1200 degrees F under a specific set of conditions. It will depend on how much light is being collected, the area it is being concentrated onto, the heat capacity of the material it is heating up, and the rate that the heat is being taken off to generate steam for electricity, or whatever your solar array is being used for.
I wonder if this thread should be deleted along with the user.

I think what he is asking is whether wind will affect the heat input at the focal distance of 100'. I say no since the energgy is all photons in transit, wind may affect the final collector temp some though.
