We are looking for a moderator of this sub forum. Nominees should be of good standing on the forum with at least 200 meaningful posts relevant to this sub forum.

We are not looking for someone to clarify who is right or wrong on any topic, we are looking for someone who will uphold the basic forum guidelines.

Those guidelines can be found here

You are not allowed to nominate yourself or nominate a member if you yourself have less then 100 posts.

The first person to reach 5 unique nominations will be considered for the job. This will not be an automatic win for the nominee in all cases. Multiple nominees will be looked at and one chosen by myself or through further debate.

Pleased to meet you. Hope you guess my name

This forum is pretty inactive. I would suggest that the duties of moderators can span across more than one sub-forum. If this were to be the case, I'd second both Bunbury and Harold. I think you'll be hard pressed to find individual moderators for each separate sub-forum. Harold would be useful in Physics as well for instance, while I can't exactly remember Bunbury's area of expertise (Chemistry?).

    I second Harold.

(I don't have the time or the temperament for the job.)

I anticipate a lot of nominees will say that.

I suggest people nominate anybody viable who's yet to be named.

Can I nominate myself, just to remove what HISH3 posted? I will resign right after. I know how to administrate and moderate in PHPBB 3.04

But I think this board is two point something.

    Ha-ha.

    Sincerely,

    William McCormick

I vote Harold, he seems to be a very fair and capable moderator as I have experienced.

    You can't vote, underling!

    But seriously, I agree.

I vote for Harold. I don't think there's a man better for the job.
