What are the specs on his comp d'ya think? Looks pretty ancient, wonder what CPU/RAM hes packed into it. (Maybe time to get a new PC? Monitor included!)
From what I know of CFD (Computational fluid dynamics), some supercomputers (even in the Tera-FLOPS range) will still take many days to fully simulate aircraft flows. Compressor simulations are pretty demanding, but full engine simulations are much more so, and full flight simulations are even worse.
An example of a supercomputer used for CFD by aircraft companies:
