    Is this homework?

You'd need to show us how you're approaching a solution in that case.

I wouldn't say is homework anyway. I just need to help a younger folk get over this.I think my main problem here is trying to figure out the relationship in the examples. If I can get the relationship in the example, other problems will be solved. You want to see my effort? Let pick example one :But this pattern will never work with the other two examples. I just need a pattern that will work with all the examples.I have tried other manipulations to get the relationship, but none seems to work with all the examples. I just need help in figuring out the relationship.

You have just shown what I mean, but what am saying is that the pattern shown above does not work with all the given examples. I need another pattern that works with all the three given examples.

    -_-

Yes, all I did was copy what your wrote and fixed the formatting, which you then unfixed. It is incredibly hard to read when you put everything on one line with no spaces or anything else. If you want people to respond, the first thing you should do is make your posts readable.

It could be that chikis suffers from a condition which also affects me. If I break up what I am writing into separate paragraphs and then submit it, on some boards it appears as a single paragraph - the formatting has been removed - but not by me!

In my case, it has happened on the Physics board, but this board appears to be OK - as should be evident.

It's possibly they wrote the posts elsewhere and copied them over and the formatting got lost in the process, but if that's the case, they just need to take a bit of time to fix it before hitting submit. (At the very least, they could put some commas between the tex blocks.)
