    You have 0 < z < y < x < 1. So x integral is [y,1], y integral is [z,1] and z integral is [0,1].

    Thank You for the help, I now get this problem. However I have another problem which is how do I convert double integrals to polar coordinates? such as the double integral below? What is the limits [A,B], [C,D] in polar coordinates?

    It looks like the angle θ goes from 0 to π/4 and r goes from 0 to 3. The integrand is r^3 sinθcosθdrdθ.
