    my mind says in this way

    if
    _ _ = +

    + + = +

    then

    * * = + ((as * is form of addition (repeated addition) then it is also true))
    and

    / / = + (as division stands for repeated subtractions)

    if this is true then what do you say about this?

    * / = _

    signs
    _(subtraction)
    +(addition)
    *(multiplication)
    / (division)

    Your notation is too cryptic. Explain what you mean by ** or // etc.

    I think I see what you mean by that. As in 2--2 is the same as 2+2.

    So, then you would think that 2**2 should be the same as 2+2.
    And 2//2 is also the same.

    Well the reason you see two minus signs sometimes is because one of those "-" signifies the negativity of a number.

    As in -2 is negative two. Because subtracting a negative is the same thing as adding its positive. As in 2-(-2) = 2+2.

    And adding a positive is just our familiar addition. 2--2 is not 2 subtracting subtracting 2. It's 2 subtracting negative 2.

    So we don't use ** or // because we don't use * or / to signify any quality of a number.
    Instead they're used just for operations.

    We use "+" and "-" for both operations and number positivity/negativity.

    BTW, division is not subtraction repeated. Division is an inverse operation like subtraction.
    Inverse operations are just reverses of the original operation.

    Multiplication is repeated addition and subtraction.

    2*4 = 4+4
    1*4 = just 4
    0*4 = 4-4 (that's why 0 times a number is always zero)

    This is a simple summary of operations:

    Addition: The most basic form of operations.

    Subtraction: Reverse addition. If 2+5 = 7, then 7 - 5 = 2.

    Multiplication: Repeated addition AND subtraction (n just represents any number)
    3n = n + n + n
    2n = n + n
    1n = n (nothing happens)
    0n = n - n (always zero)
    -1n = n - n - n
    -2n = n - n - n - n

    Division: Reversed multiplication. If 2 * 8 = 16, then 16 / 8 = 2.

    Your query was too meaningless to decipher, so any response is as good as any other.

    _ _ = +

    Should be define as -*-=+ and -*-*-=-

    + + = +

    +*+=+ and +*+*+=+

    Your premiss of - - = + is only true of there are even number of negative numbers
