    it also has a remainder when divided by

    what is its remainder when it is divided by ?

    well, judging from the \alpha^3 and \beta^3 in there, you'll be dealing with a polynomial of at least the 3rd degree.

    Now modulo some issues about we can do the following

    Consider eqn1 x - eqn2 x which shows that



    Its just a couple of algebraic simplifications after you have that equation
    As is often the case with technical subjects we are presented with an unfortunate choice: an explanation that is accurate but incomprehensible, or comprehensible but wrong.
