what i did is measure the angle of the horizont with my vertical from my 70 m apartment

with the eyes i calculated 80, i also calculated the 70 m with my eyes

    from this:

dont you think this method would have been better than erathostenes? specially with the handy alexandria lighthouse

I think you shouldn't be judging angles with your eyes. From what I gather (anecdotal evidence only) humans are poor judges of those sorts of angles.

of course i measured the angle again with this method and obtain 0.6:

You can use the same kind of trigonometry to measure the height of the building. From the ground below your window, measure out a few yards, then measure the angle to your window. Those two numbers should be enough to get the height at your window.

The only problem is, the radius of the earth is 6378 kilometers, and you calculated 4537 meters, so I think maybe Eratosthenes's method was a little better.

i see the flaw of my method, i measured the angle two times, once i obtained 0.6 and other 0.3

so my main problem is this measure is very inexact

still i remember with a sextant you could measure angles with an exactitude of minutes

so in an historical time where angles could be meausered with precision this method could be quite good

do you know of anybody who has done what i did before?
