My younger son is really struggling with math right now and so I was trying to find software to buy for him to use at home to practice but stumbled upon this site which is awesome mainly because it is free but you also do not have to register or give them any personal information. They even include a printable gradebook type of ledger so that you can record your student's scores on lessons.

    AAA Math

It looks like there are also links for spelling and vocabulary help too.

    Thanks. I've bookmarked it.

I used to have a few others but they died when my last computer died. I hadn't used them much so I hadn't copied or saved them elsewhere. (It's a good idea to occasionally open up the box of a PC and maybe wave around the vacuum cleaner. It was spiderwebs wot dun in that poor old computer.)

I've had to cart mr from hospital to hospital for various appointments and procedures as well as supervising the pre stuff at home .... all the while with a neverending headache and something that feels like a cold but never gets really started.

I've been sleeping a lot during the day. And every joint I've ever ruined during the last 65 years has decided to let me know about it.

To something like that, there aren't really words. Because the realist in the brain says, "Saying something like, 'I hope you feel better soon.' " is absurd.

    But, I'll say it anyway.
I really hope things smooth out a bit- at least to tolerable aches...

Thx. Really, I'm "used to it". Just every now and again it all gets a bit much.

I'll be back to usual, tolerable if not comfortable, soon enough.

    Comfortable is preferred over tolerable.

Ageing is a bitch, to be sure. Bitching about ageing is the rage, also to be sure. So, I rage and bitch, my wife locks me out for a couple of hours, and status quo again prevails. joc

I see, so when the wife has had enough of you, you go on-line in search of another audience (read as 'other victims'), lol...

As with others, I hope that you are soon back to your preferred state of being, adelady.

Ibuprofen and other OTC medications for aches and pains is found in aisle 11, 46 feet down the aisle, on your left, 3rd shelf down.

Nuh. I'm well beyond those. I take those things you either have to sign for at the pharmacy or get a prescription for.

Christ, Awmighty! You ARE a taskmaster! Small wonder then that a co-worker who managed the Paint Department at Sears Metrocenter in Phoenix, remarked one night to me in quiet confidence, "Your reputation precedes you." I never knew what he meant by that until now, having witnessed your boundless perceptiveness.

Back then, as John Lennon ebulliently remarked to the press that "The Beatles are more popular than Jesus Christ!", I reflected upon what dire consequences that music group might incur from such an ill-thought out remark. That, as Elton John implored his P/R Managers to allow him to slink out of the closet, he revealed his bisexuality with gusto, a move predicted by many which would end his career. Within two years, he had snagged a bunch of top-level hit songs.

This seemed to prove that uniqueness was now to become universally tolerated, and that admission of closed-door uniqueness was now to become not only tolerable, but desirable as evidenced by left-behind undergarments in the public restrooms.
