Hello! I'm new here. I've participated in several debate forums , but I wanted to join one that is specifically geared towards the sciences.

Er... I'm probably younger than is respectable around here, so I may wait to state my age until I've established myself to prevent any bias.

I'm intrigued by every aspect of science, but especially astronomy and physics. I'd love to get into aerospace engineering as a living, when I'm older.

I'm sad to say that people of my generation who care at all about science are few and far between. I don't really have any peers to discuss science will, so I am excited about participating in this forum!

I'll be 100% honest with my age. I'm 102, and still kicking! Don't worry, no one will look down on you. The dude who invented the T.V. was pretty young. I don't care about anyone's ages by the way, so don't jus t go blurting it out to me. I might be a little mean (stereotyping and all)

It's quite normal for members of this forum to blurt out at the mere mention of anything science related. If you don't understand that statement Ophie will enlighten you.

It's a mineral, dense as a rock, solid, some might say deep yet crusty

it's a type of rock that really belongs at great depths, but occasionally can be found trapped near the surface

(makes you wonder whether i'm talking about the rock or the person, doesn't it ?)

You know this science forum is the next to Sciforums and that place is full of _______'s, (you fit this in, any word will do 8) ). So that means all the decent folk are here, and from across the world. A small minority really isn't it? And we're at each others throats now and again, hey, were scientists, we can do what we want :-D.
