    Thanks

wow, i've looked around a bit on this forum, a lot is very complicated, but there are some things i recognize from school books and lessons at school.. really cool 8) especially to learn a little bit more about it. Think you'll find me a lot here :-D thanks for starting this forum.

    haha Megabrain, Tot ziens!

and SealOtter.. I live at the *northsea coast* just a little bit colder i guess.. and well, actually almost the whole country is near the cost! ( very small coutry and a lot of water.. thanks to the deltaworks, the whole country still exists )

Welcome. There are several other Dutch members here all of whom routinely embarrass us with their excellent English.
If you are anywhere near Schevinger I expect I shall be flying over you very early tomorrow morning en route to Schipol and points east. Give me a wave.

chemistry.. we learn a lot about it in class.. and when we have to do an experiment you can see everything you've learned.. (and see it is all true ) and it is so great because you learn a lot about daily things, and how they 'work' ( for example.. last week i've learned why an egg stays solid when it cools down after you've boiled it.. ) 8)

it is so amazing.. it was very hard for my teacher to convince me that the table, books, everyting.. is so much of 'nothing' just empty..
today i learned what glyceryltristeaeraat is.. (in dutch) 8) the hot thingie from a candle.. (what is the english word for it? )

well, and math.. it is just so great how many you can do with just numbers.. and how you can but them into real-life. math is like magic..

@ Ophiolite.. well my English is not that good, the only place I've learned it is in English class at school (2 hours a week) .. but thanks for the compliment. since i'm on this forum my dutch-english dictonary is on my desk
so please correct me if i'm wrong..
