Hi, all. I'm a science fantasy writer. I came to lurk and ask questions. I'm hoping to learn alot so that I can make my novel a little more realistic.

I do love science, though, particularly astrobiology. I love reading about space and all the different planets out there that we've discovered. But I've still got alot to learn.

Have you already written science-fiction stories or is it your first attempt?

This'll be my first attempt at sci-fi elements. I usually stick to pure fantasy. But this time I've got some divine beings who are placing humankind onto various planets in a series of experiments. I thought it would be boring just to stick them with another yellow sun. So I'm trying to design different races of humans who live on planets with different conditions from our own. Instead of the usual "these people have blue skin because they're aliens" fare I'm hoping to have some actual scientific theory behind why my people look the way they do.
