    I've been lurking through the various sub forums for a few weeks, so I decided I should finally introduce myself. In the short time that I've been here I've learned more about mathematics and physics than I did in the previous decade. You people have inspired me to embark on a remedial math education, begin a more serious study of physics, and to have a greater appreciation for real science. Special thanks to Dr. Rocket, Genius Duck, PhDemon, Guitarist, and the many others who have been so diligent in helping the layperson like me distinguish between pseudoscience and the real thing. My posts may be somewhat rare, but I will likely remain an avid reader. Thank you for sharing your expertise and information!

    No worries! I knew it looked bad when I wrote it, but sometimes I just can't think on the fly..
