Hello, I'm a wife and mother who recently had Hodgkins Lymphoma for the second time after ten years. The first time I had ABVD and mantle radiation. The second time I had two sessions of ICE and then BEAM, followed by an autologous stem cell transplant; day zero was June 11. Now I have MDS/AML and I'd have to say it's therapy related. My Oncologist suggested a wait and watch approach as the blast cells are only at 6.5%. I knew the risks, though I thought I could beat them as I am relatively young, 42 and thought I was relatively healthy; completely ignorant in my own humble opinion. I am not waiting and watching. I am gearing up for Gerson Therapy, much of which I have begun. As a test subject in both paradigms, you could say I appreciate science.

I have no formal training in math and science, though I did recently very much enjoy an entry level chemistry and pathology class. I'm not completely unaware of the basic fundamentals, as I've also been reading science forums for several years. I am not an effective communicator, fyi, for which I apologize in advance, and as Hippocrates might say, I also have bad humor.

Raisin doesn't mean anything, other than I was currently eating them when I had to pick a username.
