Thread: Hello

I'm new to this forum. I am an avid enthusiast of the sciences. I do not attend school or have a degree, I'm an aspiring chef learning through doing and things are promising. I joined this forum to discuss topics me and a close friend of mine discuss very often. Many times we find ourselves coming up with questions that we can't seem to find answers for online and my hope is through discussion with fellow enthusiasts we can answer or at least discuss the possible answers to these questions.
