    My major is mechanical engineering and my research field is fluid power transmission and control. but i don't think it is a promising technology except it can interact with others.
    i plan to apply for a phd degree in university of unite sate. can someone give me some constructive advices?

    Hmmm... and the plural of advice is... advice. (I had to look that up)
