I don't like cheese. Only on pizza or the flavour in crisps.

I sure do love cheese.

I like the soft cheeses excluding blue vein and I also quite like smoked cheeses.

I never introduced myself either though I'm relatively new here, think I registered two or three weeks ago. Introductions are usually-always(a little more than usually and a little less than always) welcome!

I like cheese too, including the blue kind, but cottage cheese is my favorite. Lactose is a bitch though, and dairy is rape.

I guess that the cottage cheese wouldn't upset you too much if you are lactose intolerant.
