Dola Indidis, a Kenyan lawyer, has done something remarkable:
"[he] has filed a petition with the International Court of Justice in The Hague, suggesting that the trial and crucifixion of Jesus Christ was unlawful, and the State of Israel among others [Tiberius (emperor of Rome, 42 BCE-37 CE), Pontius Pilate, a selection of Jewish elders, King Herod and the Republic of Italy] should be held responsible."

Mr. Indidis seeks justice, because the selective and malicious prosecution of Jesus of Nazareth were violations of his human rights.
The evidence for the case is clear:
""Evidence today is on record in the Bible, and you cannot discredit the Bible," Indidis told the Kenyan Citizen News."

    What is next?
Suing Voldemort and his Death-Eaters for their numerous murders?

"The only safe rule is to dispute only with those of your acquaintance of whom you know that they possess sufficient intelligence and self-respect not to advance absurdities; to appeal to reason and not to authority, and to listen to reason and yield to it; and, finally, to be willing to accept reason even from an opponent, and to be just enough to bear being proved to be in the wrong."

I feel utterly privileged to have been alive at the time humanity sets this new record on How F*cking Dumb Can You Really Be?
It's a great day, and I await, with trepidation, the next attempt (which will surely come along in a week or so) at this target.

A couple of thousand years of human intellectual endeavour appear to have skipped this guy completely.

The court will find that the statute of limitations has passed.
    Its the way nature is!
If you dont like it, go somewhere else....
To another universe, where the rules are simpler
Philosophically more pleasing, more psychologically easy

So who will the settlement get paid out to? Are they going to follow the clues like in that Dan Brown novel to look for some of Jesus' blood descendants so they can pay them the damages?

Maybe we'll at last figure out who the "Sang Real" is?
