    In the years 1200 and 1300 AD Ireland was part England. Are they still English today?

    Saint Patrick was English and a slave in Ireland, which seems to have improved him. The Irish are NOT English and both groups would be happy to correct you, for God's sake wait until they are sober- it may take awhile, though...
