    This was taken from another forum I'm on and am genuinly concerned for him:

    My sleeping problems are back and this time worse,i fall asleep too fu%@ing late like at 5:00 am or so,but thats when i actually fall asleep,sometimes i dont go to sleep at all,so i end up going to sleep in the after noon and wake up 3 hours later,its going from bad to worse in a matter of months,the lack of sleep is messing me up,im tired all the time and feeling like shit,to be honest i dont even want to take sleeping pills,and doctors dont even help when it comes to this.

    Can anyone advise a solution?

    Cheers,

    SVWillmer.

      I'll bet this is another one of those that;

      1) lives on Mcdonalda or dial-a-pizza,

      2)Gets absolutely NO exercise.

      3)Sits in front of a computer screen for all their working hours.

      Solution?

      Unplug the PC, Go for a 40 minute brisk walk each evening, eat a good diet and read a chapter or two of a good book before you go to bed.

      After a week or two you'll sleep like a lamb, piss like an elephant, and look like an athlete.

      Agree with all that but they say dont read in bed r anything keeping your mind active, when you go to bed try to go straight to sleep to trains your brain that your bed means go to sleep.

      That would mean a complete change of lifestyle MB, thats the eqivalent of ou being what you just described, it doesn't happen. Cyber life is growing, I wouldn't be suprised if in the future we create a consciousness which we can live in a computer, a virtual world, without need to exist in the real worl, a virtual world where out minds are and we no longer have a body. But no matter how many billions go into doing that, I'd remain in this world. But thanks anyone. If anyone can make excercise fun, pizza healthy and sitting in front of a computer good for you (which in alot of ways it is), then he won't get better. Heres my adivice to him:

      1: One fast food meal a month
      2: Set times to sleep, vary no more than 11 hours to 17 hours awake a day.

      Thats it.

      What, are you sure the person is like this. I had a caffeine addiction when I was younger, this caused the same symptoms but apart from that I led a healthy lifestyle maybe it is the same.
