If i drank with my friends and we drank the same amount of beers at the same pace but I'm the one who gets drunk the fastest, does that mean my liver is in good condition or in bad condition?

Many things could be involved. Weight, what you ate and what they ate, did anyone drink before they came, your metabolic rate.

Doesn't have too much to do with the shape your liver is in. Your liver has more to do with how quickly you clear the alcohol (and later the acetaldehyde) from your system. Other factors, like what you eat and drink, your weight and your overall sensitivity to alcohol, determine how drunk you feel.
