I wonder how obesity leads to brain diseases like "thinner walls of the skull" (I don't know med term). I watched a document about such case, but the process wasn't explained.

Are you sure about this? Cholesteatoma is not primarily a brain disease - it's in the ear. It can only get into the brain if it's untreated. And I see no link to obesity in the wiki. Cholesteatoma - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

This item suggests that obesity leads to changes - deficits - in brain function. I don't know whether anyone would call that brain disease. https://www.sciencenews.org/article/...y-messes-brain

Obesity just has a lot of negative connotations to it. However, I would also like to point out that being underweight is no walk in the park either, I mean apart from the physical discomforts of having your bones hurt all the time, there is also the heart racing and constant and easily induced low blood pressure.

I'd like to discuss this process:
obesity --> higher blood pressure --> which brain disease or state should be here?
