Hello, my balls are different sizes. The left one is about the size of a baseball. My right one is like a ping pong ball. Is this normal?

My balls have been like this forever, so just wondering if anyone else has this size difference.

What does your doctor say [about your testicular dimorphism]?

This is yet another topic that really needs a real doctor to look at the real patient and ask all the right questions.

For general background for anyone reading the threads, it is absolutely normal for body parts, like breasts, testicles, ears, eyes, hands, feet, the face, to be different, sometimes very different, on the two sides of the body.

It is also not uncommon for there to be minor, occasionally major, problems that affect one testicle but not the other - the best example being people who have an undescended testicle.

We are not qualified to comment. People who are qualified could not contribute much more than the rest of us. That contribution being ...

    See a doctor about this.
