    Yeah. That's good practice. Kind of what chess is all about. But applied in every aspect of life. One the road, paying attention to speed, obstacles, cars, people, lanes, gas pedal, brake lever, gear shifter, etc. Reading a paper, keeping the main points in mind, comparing points and evidence, maintaining a reading speed, etc. In the lab watching temperatures, times, juggling mathematics, etc. Good for the brain! I used to calculate the number 666 into binary in my head when I was bored at work.
