    1. Blood pressure has nothing to do with strengh.
    2. If you lift 100lbs you have not got 100lbs blood pressure.
    3. Don't tense, it makes you feel ill.
    4. Move your arms, don't tense them.
    5. Tensing reduces blood flow, increases heartrate due to the extra work.
    6. Your muscles are not pistons, there fibres.
    7. Blood provides energy not power.

    Bruce Lee would be so proud!

    Im not positive about no. 5, though. Something there though.

    I havent bothed much with the cin-ups. I heard the record was 4, I could do 2 after a few days, thats enough for me.

    Now, however Ive read that in 2010 a chap did 27! in 47 seconds! Shocking!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    They say only 1 in 10,000 people can do a "one Arm Chin-up"
