How selective impairment of T cells activation occurs in IBD? If the natural immunosuppression is true for IBD patients, why the activation of Th1 response is observed in MLN cells as it has been observed in the spontaneous models of IBD. If specific antigens get entrapped in lamina propria, what is the the mechanism to instruct these events in the pathogenesis of disease.
Is any one interested to discuss about this
