What do we really know about endorphins I can only notice my dark dilated pupils, but what outbreak its drop in the body ? Sometimes I raise my speed after a long time, I feel no more lung, heart, feet pains, my heart slow down and I gain in power for a bit time about 15 min. But I've got no evidence of its existence. Just manifestation. So if someone could bring me some more information about that, it would be awesome thank you.

Endorphins are chemicals in the blood that induce both pleasure and pain relief. They are released into the blood at times of pain and discomfort, such as when wounded, or after strenuous exercise. They are also a part of the body's 'reward' mechanism, and give a good feeling when a person has done something 'right'.

So we get endorphins and a good feeling after sex. A man will get more endorphins in his blood when he looks at a beautiful woman. A woman will get a rush of endorphins when she has spent time making herself look good and she is assured that she now looks beautiful when she looks in the mirror. We all get endorphin release when someone gives us a compliment. Some food causes endorphin release. If you have just completed an act of generosity, and are feeling good about it, blame endorphins.

Endorphins are the 'feel good' chemical, and fill a variety of roles in the body.

First once I slashed my chest, not for that but I felt nothing (mirror is not a always a good thing)
I feel endorphins sometimes after eating and having a np, it works better with sunlight
Personnaly when I look at a beautiful woman, that's epinephrin not endorphins with some steroids drops making me ... well you know, that's the mostly reason men do not approach women too close.

And I guess we don't know at all what consequences it could have to the body.
I wonder how much could we store in our brain, and ho long it takes to remake it up.

Sorry I'm too layabout to read your link's content, it should be chemicals and scienctific comments leading me nowhere some way. I'd let it down too easy, I've already done.

    Thank you, bye
