    Alex:

I have not read an ECG textbook in a long time. So I don't know which one is "best".

However, if you live anywhere near a medical school, you could visit the medical school bookstore and they will show you some good choices.

If not, you can call a medical school. Ask for the bookstore, and they will give you some options.

I use understanding the ECG. It is pretty basic but that's the point; it gives a good understanding of the principles which underlie abnormalities.

The ECG made easy is another one people use a good bit.
